The fish Kombinat in Khamovniki area has opened quite recently, just a few weeks ago. The actual summer has begun a little later calendar here, so, it will be fair if it ends a bit later. In this regard and the summer menu is started only on July 30.
The chef Pavel Gorbachev has made him of ingredients, classical for hot summer. Guests will be able to taste, for example, chanterelles, potatoes salad (490 rub), two types of okroshka on kvass and kefir (420 rub everyone), two types of a gazpacho with a crab (740 rub) and without (420 rub) and also a clam with chanterelles (990 rub) and squids with chanterelles (690 rub).
In addition, in the menu three new desserts, including carrot and cottage cheese cheesecake (440 rub) and tartare sauce from strawberry and a basil (490 rub) and also two refreshing lemonades with tangerine and rosemary (310 rub) and with garden berries and fruit (310 rub).
